The ANGLER'S DREAM BASS TOURNAMENT TRAIL for DIVISION 13 conducted their first tournament of the 2008 season with a tournament on the Mississenewa Reservoir, Sunday, April 27, 2008.

Tournament Directors, Brian Althouse and Bud Fields welcomed the participants as they gathered at the Francis Slocum Boat Ramp before daylight. A brief meeting was conducted to review the rules and regulations for the upcoming tournaments.

At the conclusion of the tournament, the team of John Wenger and Tom Beattie walked away with FIRST PLACE honors with 5 bass weighing in at 14.67 lbs. They also had the BIG BASS with a Largemouth bass weighing in at 3.86 lbs.

SECOND PLACE honors went to the team of Doug Ashley and Jake Gray with 2 bass weighing in at 4.71 lbs.

THIRD PLACE went to the team of Mike Weaver and Brad Shaw with 2 bass tipping the scales at 4.28 lbs.

There was a total of 12 anglers participating and a total of 12 bass were brought to the scales, weighed in, recorded and RELEASED ALIVE and WELL back into the water.

The next scheduled ANGLER'S DREAM TOURNAMENT is scheduled for May 17, 2008 at the Mississenewa Reservoir starting at 6:00 AM and ending at 2:00 PM launching from the Francis Slocum Boat Ramp.
